They don't know the concept of helping more than one person at a time. Two people working and both helping one person with a complicated issue they continued to say they couldn't help with while I stand there waiting for 10 minutes to get a simple stamp that would take 30 seconds. I'm not surprised that the USPS will be obsolete and out of business soon.
There are great workers here and they are very knowledgeable of the services they provide. Of course if you go at the wrong time of day you can wait in a line, but I generally am in and out of here in 5 minutes or less.
Note to others: you better use super clear tape, and tons of it, otherwise they won't let you ship your package. Even if you only need 1 small piece of tape, they'll make you buy a whole roll. Shady business tactics here.
Made me buy their tape even though my package was already taped. Absolutely ridiculous. $3.49 for one roll of tape. I could buy 4 rolls anywhere else for that price. Had to wait in a long line again too.
Loved the experience here. Got my passport stuff taken care of at this location. They are so sweet and professional. They made me feel like I wasn't even a Customer. Once everything was taken care of I didn't even want to leave, Jeff took care of my passport stuff he's a real down to earth guy , he really made me chuckle, Mrs Theresa was very professional and humble. I drove out of my way for this post office and I'd do it again. I really loved these guys
Still my favorite post office. Have been using it for probably 10 years now. Anything from Passport application, to PO Box Rental, to shipping packages. Friendly, helpful staff. Wish my local post office was this nice!
